7 steps to change the Dolphin Alavo soap cartridge

1. Access the cartridge soap

• Locate the mirror panel where the cartridge soap dispenser is installed.
• In rare circumstances, some commercial washrooms have the soap cartridge system installed below the mirror within the vanity.

2. Open the Mirror Access Panel

• Use a key (if required) to unlock and open the mirror access panel by lifting up the mirror. This will expose the soap cartridge compartment.

3. Remove the Old Cartridge

• The cartridge soap is connected to the soap feed tube spout and has a quick release mechanism, so take care to unclip it smoothly when pushing the release connection.
• Gently pull the empty soap cartridge from the multi feed system

4. Insert the New Foam Soap Cartridge

• Take the new Alavo foam soap cartridge and insert it into the holder.
• When replacing Alavo foaming soap, ensure it fits securely into place, with the soap feed spout properly aligned to avoid leakage.

5. Insert the soap feed spout

• Firmly insert the soap feed spout into the refill spout of the soap cartridge.
• You will hear a click which indicates a successful connection.

6. Close the Mirror

• After replacing Alavo foaming soap cartridge and connecting the soap feed, close the mirror securely.
• Make sure it is properly locked if there is a lock and key mechanism.

7. Test the Soap Dispenser

• Test a soap dispenser to make sure the soap is dispensing properly.
• If not, check the cartridge alignment to ensure the soap tube spout has been fastened correctly.
