- Don’t design a superloo too small: Avoid designing superloo toilets with cramped spaces, as this will make it difficult for users to move comfortably.
- Avoid poor fixture placement: Don’t position fixtures like the toilet, washbasin, or toilet hand dryer in awkward locations that disrupt smooth movement or cause congestion.
Superloo Ergonomics
- Don’t ignore fixture height: Installing taps, soap dispensers, washbasins and hand dryers too high or too low can create discomfort and make them unusable for some people.
- Avoid improper activity space: If there’s not enough clearance, users may struggle to enter and exit or use the washroom fittings.
- Noisy washroom fittings: Avoid installing hand dryers that have a high decibel sound level, as it can create an unpleasant experience for users, especially in a small superloo, where sound is amplified.
