Barr Gazetas engaged Dolphin Solutions to undertake the St. Martin’s Le Grand washroom project with seamless solutions for the entire commercial washroom to ensure a smooth and professional approach to this high-profile refurbishment.

Washroom project challenge

Refurbishing a heritage site comes with its own set of unique challenges. St. Martin’s Le Grand, a structure over a century old, presented us with unusual walls and confined spaces that required a tailored approach.

Preserving the integrity of the original architecture while incorporating modern commercial washroom solutions was a delicate balancing act.

The Dolphin solution

To maintain the heritage character of the building, Barr Gazetas opted for our PPC and Ceramic finishes for the St. Martin’s Le Grand washroom project, ensuring a consistency of colour that complements the historic surroundings. A striking contrast was introduced in certain commercial washrooms, reinforcing the building’s architectural elegance with a carefully curated aged bronze and black palette.

Space-saving considerations played a crucial role in the St. Martin’s Le Grand washroom project design approach. Working within the constraints of the existing commercial washroom layout, we collaborated closely with Structure Tone and MCS Limited to ensure a seamless integration of our washroom products.
